What do EP Bar End Weights (Road) do?

When installed to the handlebar ends of the Yamaha MT-10, EP Bar End Weights (Road) will add weight to reduce unwelcome high-frequency vibrations. Crafted from stainless steel, with EPs signature black powder-coating, EPs bar ends are heavier than Yamahas OE parts. The EP Bar End Weights also feature a bike-specific fitting design which allows a quick and easy but secure fitting to the motorcycles handlebars. Evotech Performances Road weight is the larger of the two produced, ideal for longer rides.

Note: When fitting EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the riders responsibility to ensure the motorcycles throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.
