Installation & Maintenance

To protect your brand-new engine and ensure warranty coverage, follow these critical steps:

1. Turbocharger Inspection: Ensure your existing turbocharger is free of debris and shaft play before bolting it to the new block.

2. Oil Specifications: Use only high-quality full synthetic API SP or ILSAC GF-6 certified oil (0W-20 or 5W-30) to prevent Low-Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI).

3. Break-In Period: Follow a standard 1,000-mile break-in procedure. Avoid constant speeds and heavy towing for the first 500 miles.
